We will aim to get back to you with a price and visual within 1-2 working days. once you've received this we will happily amend and change the design as many times as you need until you're happy with it.
There's no obligation with any of our quotes/visuals, we just want to make sure your sign design is perfect for you.

There are two things to consider, The time it takes to manufacture your sign and the courier speed.

Manufacture times
These can differ depending on current workload but we will aim to get signs ready for the courier within 10-14 working days from the date order.
We can offer a queue jump at an additional cost.
Standard - 14+ working days
Quick - 7-10 working days (+£50)
Urgent - 4-6 working days (+£100)
Note. These are surcharges for the manufacture speed only, delivery is charged separately on the last page of checkout.

Courier Speed
Your sign will always be dispatched on a next working day service for UK mainland addresses.
Offshore and worldwide addresses can take a little longer.

We offer 2 different types of backing option, Cut To Shape and Cut to Square 

Here's a little more about each of them:

Cut To Shape (Most popular)

This is where the backing follows the contour of the shape, with 3-4cm outline.
The Centres are usually solid to keep the piece nice and rigid, but It depends on the size and design.

Cut to Square

This is where the backing is cut to a full rectangle/square, apx 6-8cm bigger than the design overall.
The corners are slightly rounded so there isn't a sharp edge.

Mission Neon offer a full 12 month warranty for all domestic purchases!

Made To Order & Custom Products

Unless faulty, damaged or not as described, the following products are non-refundable:

Made to Order signs from Mission Neon Ltd

These are signs that have a pre-determined shape/font/size and price, where the customer can personalise the colour, backing shape and weatherproofing options. Even though the designs are pre-drawn, the items are still made to order and therefore not a stock item. 

Custom signs from Mission Neon Ltd

These are signs that are created using either our custom design tool, or from drawings and descriptions sent through by the customer. These are made to order and therefore not a stock item.

Return Instructions for Made to order and custom signs:

If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair.

• Please contact us at missionneonsigns@gmail.com to let us know which products you wish to return and why. Please include your order number, date of purchase (if you have it) and attaching a short video of your sign as well as photos to show the issue.
• Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited.
• Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.
• If the sign is deemed faulty and is covered by the warranty, we will be able to offer 1 of 2 options.

  2. Replacement of the whole or part of the sign.
  *The decision to repair or replace is at our discretion
  *If the sign needs to be repaired, we will need you to organise returning it, suitably packaged, and complete with any dimmers or power supplies. We will then make the repair and send back out to you as soon as we can.
